(1) UNDERSTANDING THE BUSINESS & CLIENT’S CONTEXT
Client & Hananiah LLC hold Zoom meeting(s) for discovery.
To understand client’s perceived needs
To determine expectations & desires of the client
To identify potential constraints & risks of the project
To describe a typical data collection process via online tax organizers
Information will serve as inputs for the development of a project proposal.
-> 1 or more 1-hour Zoom meetings (no charge)
(2) CONTRACTING
Hananiah LLC prepares a detailed project proposal for the client.

Project proposal, as negotiated, either is accepted by client (engagement continues & project initiated) OR declined (engagement stops & no project initiated) by the client.

(3) EXECUTION
Hananiah LLC works with client to complete the agreed services.
Setup Cognito platform via paid subscription
Design tax organizers
Develop online forms based on design OR customize existing Hananiah tax templates
Develop client communication strategy
Conduct familiarization training for client staff
Test tax organizers for functionality
Deploy tax organizers
Monitor & maintain platform for the duration of tax season
-> 4-9 months typical for the duration of tax season (fees as per agreement)
(4) CLOSURE
Hananiah LLC and client achieve an orderly end to the project.

Final evaluation & improvement
Administrative matters, including payment of agreed fees
